Local Delivery
Local delivery is available for select areas and is subject to availability. Delivery fees are based on location and will be communicated at the time of booking or invoicing.
Delivery dates and time windows are arranged in advance. While we do our best to accommodate preferred delivery times, exact delivery times cannot be guaranteed.
Pickup
Pickup is available by appointment or during designated pickup times, which will be confirmed once your order is placed.
Event & Bloom Bar Services
For Bloom Bar experiences, floral installations, and event services, delivery, setup, and breakdown details will be discussed and confirmed prior to the event date.
Order Accuracy
Please ensure all delivery or pickup details are correct at the time of booking. Butterfly Bouquets is not responsible for issues resulting from incorrect information provided by the client.
