Terms & Conditions

By placing an order with Butterfly Bouquets, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Orders & Payments
All orders require payment or a deposit to be considered confirmed. Orders are not guaranteed until payment is received. Remaining balances must be paid prior to delivery, pickup, or event setup unless otherwise agreed upon.

Custom & Floral Products
All floral arrangements are custom-made using fresh flowers. Because flowers are natural and seasonal, substitutions may be made to ensure quality and design integrity while maintaining the overall look and value of the arrangement.

Event & Bloom Bar Services
Event services, including Bloom Bars and floral installations, require advance booking and planning. Event details, including timing, setup, and breakdown, will be confirmed prior to the event date.

Changes to event details must be communicated as early as possible. Last-minute changes may not be accommodated.

Cancellations & Refunds
Due to the perishable nature of flowers and the custom nature of our work, all sales are final. Cancellations or changes made after flowers have been ordered may not be eligible for a refund.

Event deposits are non-refundable.

Delivery & Pickup
Delivery and pickup details must be accurate at the time of booking. Butterfly Bouquets is not responsible for issues caused by incorrect information provided by the client.

Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including images, text, and branding, is the property of Butterfly Bouquets and may not be used or reproduced without permission.
